How ZenithStack.de handles technical access data, your language choice and contact inquiries.

This policy covers zenithstack.de. The website provides information about our services and a tool to help you compose an email inquiry. There are no user accounts, newsletters, analytics or marketing services. Fonts, images and other website files are served with the website. We do not embed external videos, maps or social media content.

The website is delivered through Cloudflare Pages. The technical service provider is Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. When you visit, Cloudflare processes necessary connection data, including your IP address, access time, requested URL, referrer where available, browser and device information, and security-related events.

This enables website delivery, troubleshooting and protection against misuse. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR: our legitimate interest in operating a secure and reliable website. Access data is processed for as long as needed for these purposes. Specific security incidents may require longer retention for investigation. We do not create personal visitor profiles.

On a language-neutral entry page, a previously saved language choice takes priority. Without a saved choice, the website checks the browser’s list of preferred languages: it selects Persian if Persian appears anywhere in that list, otherwise German if German appears, and English as the fallback. This check happens locally in your browser, independently of the order of the listed languages. Direct visits to language-specific pages keep that page’s language. The website does not read installed keyboards or keyboard contents.

If you change the language yourself, the website saves only that choice in localStorage under “zenithstack-services-language” so your preference is available on later visits. This entry contains no visitor identifier and is not sent to an analytics service. It remains until you change your choice or clear the website’s data in your browser.

This storage supports the language function you explicitly request, under section 25(2)(2) TDDDG. To the extent personal data is processed, the basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR and our interest in displaying your selected language. We do not use analytics or marketing cookies.

The inquiry tool handles your entries only in the open page’s memory. It does not transmit them to us while you type or through a form API. The website does not save them in localStorage or a database. Reloading or closing the page discards this draft; any separate browser autofill or recovery features are outside the website’s control.

Only when you select the button to open the email are your entries passed to your configured email application. You can review, edit and send the message there yourself. The website does not send an email. Your email provider’s terms and privacy notice also apply to drafting and sending through your email application.

When you email or call us, we process the contact details and information you provide to answer your inquiry. For steps towards a contract or an existing contractual relationship, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. For other inquiries, it is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR and our legitimate interest in responding to messages.

Recipients include the email and telecommunications providers used for communication. We delete completed inquiries unless legal retention duties or the establishment or defence of claims require continued storage. Legally required retention is based on Article 6(1)(c) GDPR. You choose what information to provide; without sufficient contact and project details, we may be unable to answer your inquiry.

Cloudflare and, where applicable, communication providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where required, transfers rely on an applicable adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards, particularly EU Standard Contractual Clauses. Cloudflare describes its contractual safeguards in its Data Processing Addendum. You can contact us for further details about the recipients and safeguards used for your inquiry.

Following an external link, such as a link to zenithstack.dev, takes you away from this website. The destination processes connection data under its own privacy notice. External services are provided as ordinary links; we do not load embedded content from them before you click.

Subject to the legal conditions, you have rights to access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing and data portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests for reasons relating to your particular situation. You may withdraw any consent with effect for the future. You can exercise your rights by contacting us.

You may complain to a data protection supervisory authority, particularly where you normally live or work, or where the alleged infringement occurred.
