An independent design study by ZenithStack.de. Not client work, a real business or a bookable offer.

An illustrative interface with fictional sample data for this design concept.

The brief

How could a small team organise appointments and follow-up questions in one place? This study groups sample activities by status, making it easier to see what is planned, waiting or already complete.

The design approach

A few clearly named states replace scattered notes. The overview can be filtered, and changing a status immediately updates both the list and the summary. Every entry is fictional and the original state can be restored in one step.

Included in the concept

  • A daily overview with five fictional appointments
  • Status filters and direct changes for each item
  • Live counts, empty states and a reset action
